Responding to the fascination with designer labels, branding and healthy lifestyles, CWB launched into the mix early in 1999 with niche branded bottled water, servicing exclusively, the burgeoning club and bar market.

By the end of 1999, Corporate Water Brands recognised that a 'gap' existed in the New Zealand market for private label bottled water. Encouraged by overseas research, we set about securing a premium supply chain and system. With a commitment to service this market, CWB opened for business in March 2000.

CWB's clients include agreements to supply some of the country’s most respected corporates, from a wide variety of industries. Confirmation direct from the market, that the private label concept was both innovative and welcome.

Research confirms that corporate branded bottled water is a powerful sales and marketing tool for organisations. Internationally, this form of marketing has met with huge approval.

The water industry continues to mature and become more sophisticated which bodes well for the private label sector which continues to enjoy a rapidly increasing market share for custom branded beverages.

Corporate Water Brands has been featured on the TVNZ Telstra Business show in New Zealand and has been the subject of a case study at Massey University on Innovative Marketing.

In addition, Corporate Water Brands works with the NZ National Heart Foundation offering fundraising support through a special bottled water program.
