What kind of labels do you use?
We have a range of labels to suit your requirements and budget. We use the very best materials that have taken us years to source and trial. We can produce full colour, as well as spot PMS colours, on either paper or transparent label material.

Note: Beware of DIY jobs that usually end in disaster, particularly if the label has been printed through a laser printer as this greatly affects the adhesion which will only manifest as a problem a few days after labelling.

Can you do four-colour process (photographic) orders?
Yes.

What sizes are the labels?
Labels can be customised to fit within the standard window size of each bottle. Our goal is to present your brand to best effect within the maximum space available.

What kind of water is it?

What is the shelf life of bottled water?
All of our bottled water products have a best before date of 12 to 24 months from date of production.

Where does the water come from?
We utilize New Zealand’s finest natural water sources. In this way we can guarantee the most competitive price and delivery time while not compromising on quality.

What is the minimum order?
We can accommodate orders of any size, from cases to containers. Please contact us for details.

What size bottles do you use?
Orders can be accommodated in all size bottles. We use various sizes and shaped bottles to suit and will quote each order accordingly. To enquire online, fill out our enquiry form.

Who designs the label?
We have 3 design options available.

1. You design - To our supplied set of specifications and template
2. Basic design package - We take your logos and supplied material and design a label for you
3. Full design package - Our inhouse design team will come up with 3 unique label concepts for your to choose from.

What is the average order production time?
Allow 2 - 3 weeks from Booking Confirmation to delivery of your first order. Re-order times are then established to meet your inventory system and requirements.

What kind of bottles do you use?
CWB uses high-quality PET (plastic) bottles that are lightweight and clear in colour with a smooth label panel. They do not affect the taste of our pure water.

We have just established our bottle range in the new Eco Friendly cornstarch based bottle. Please contact us to enquire.

What kinds of caps do you use?
All of our bottles come with safety caps with a single safety seal around the base of the cap. Sports sipper caps have a safety seal around the base of the cap and the base of the spout. The sports caps also have a secure fitting dust-cap cover over the spout plus we always use a tamper-evident twist-off cap. Our goal here is your peace of mind regarding quality and product security.

Are my labels kept in stock or on file?
Yes. When we have established your requriements we can store your labels and produce on demand for you. Often you can have your product delivered the next day once set up.

Can re-orders be placed after the initial order?
Re-orders are no problem. There is no additional set-up charge and we guarantee prompt delivery.

Do we have to receive the entire order at once?
No. CWB can drop ship an order from storage - Our goal is to work to your requirements.

Can CWB arrange for the shipping of my order?
Yes, with pleasure. In addition we always personally oversee your first order to ensure you are completely happy with your custom branded water.
